Lever House, designed by Gordon Bunshaft of Skidmore, Owings and Merrill, built in 1951.
The New York Palace Hotel, originally Villard Mansion designed by McKim, Mead, and White in 1882. The house is in Neo-Italian Renascence style, and the 55-story hotel was added behind of the mansion in 1974 by Emery Roth & Sons. Its address is 455 Madison Avenue.
